Each has three snaps on the crotch flap. The binding around the neck and crotch is sewn for extra comfort. Serged sleeve cuffs and rib knit cotton stretches for an easy fit. These are sized for infant newborn babies and little ones up to 24 months old. These can be worn as undergarments or all on their own. They are very soft and comfortable and we wish they came in adult sizes too.
