Sunshine Joy Retail Return Policy

Sunshine Joy does not charge any return or restocking fees on retail returns.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original order date. Returns requested within 30 days will qualify for a refund to the original payment method.

Returned merchandise must be in original condition. Sunshine Joy will not accept for return any item that has been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

The customer is responsible for returning merchandise to Sunshine Joy.

Sunshine Joy Wholesale Return Policy

Sunshine Joy charges a restocking fee of 20% on wholesale returns.

Returns must be requested within 90 days of the original order date. Returns requested within 30 days will qualify for a refund to the original payment method. After 30 days we will issue a merchandise credit.

Returned merchandise must be in original condition. Sunshine Joy will not accept for return any item that has been worn, used, washed, altered, labeled or damaged by the customer. Packaging must be intact and in sellable condition.

Once your Return Request has been approved, you can proceed to ship your items back to Sunshine Joy.

Please include your order number and a copy of your order confirmation with your return. If you would like to exchange for other merchandise, please include a note indicating the products and sizes you would like in exchange.
