SM measures approximately 32" long and 40" wide waistline when laid flat. Due to its wrap-around style, it will fit a wide range of waist sizes (32" waist maximum approximately). 

MD/LG measures approximately 38" long and 50" wide waistline when laid flat. Due to its wrap-around style, it will fit a wide range of waist sizes (36" waist maximum approximately). 

XL measures approximately 38" long and 53.5" wide waistline when laid flat.. Due to its wrap-around style, it will fit a wide range of waist sizes (46" waist maximum approximately). 

XXL measures approximately 38" long and 60" wide waistline when laid flat. Due to its wrap-around style, it will fit a wide range of waist sizes (36" waist maximum approximately).
